French guitar player Richard Pinhas lED the mathematical group Heldon from 1974-78, releasing seven-spot albums with that grouping and six-spot solo LPs, oftentimes featuring members of Heldon. Born in 1951, Pinhas earned a Ph.D. in philosophical system at the Sorbonne and taught at that school. In 1972 he became a parting of Schizo, a grouping whose medicine contained a great deal of electronics. After Schizo's expiry, Pinhas formed Heldon, whose only incessant was himself. Pinhas' solo work out covered a portion of run aground. His starting time solo LP, Rhizosphere, was performed alone on synthesizers, take out for drums on the squint-eyed title running. Subsequent recordings include 1999's Fogey Culture and the undermentioned year's Schizotrope: The Life and Death of Marie Zorn. An album crafted from over 70 hours of guitar playing was set in concert over the adjacent few long time and was finally edited and released as Event and Repetitions in 2002.
